here we are again. ready for another great week in big berlin. team setup is done and we prepare for the upcoming re:publica 08
Culture, politics and technology and daily technology: From April 2nd to April 4th 2008 bloggers and other netizens gather in Berlin at the re:publica’08. Subtitled “the critical mass”, the conference motto represents different aspects of the same complex topic area: the internet and new means of communication increasingly integrate into people’s lives. Web 2.0 applications gain a momentum of their own. Moreover On the other hand the capability of the masses to criticize is in the center of the three-day event.

Letztlich will ich mich aber nicht wirklich beklagen, denn einerseits ist das Inhaltliche einer Konferenz genauso wichtig wie die Menschen, die man dort antrifft. Und das Letztere hats für mich irgendwo wieder rausgerissen, ich für meinen Teil habe die Gespräche genossen und freue mich über neue Bekanntschaften. Mag auch daran liegen, dass insb. Blogger Socializer sind und eben von diesem “Socializing” zehren:)

I wonder what this conference would have looked like if the organizers would have sat down with Kathy Sierra and Jesse James Garrett BEFORE they started the planing and would have listens to their insights on creating passionate users and building beautiful and elegant solutions that work?
